Frequently asked questions

International B2B shipping container procurement on Global Container Network.

What is Global Container Network?
Global Container Network is an international B2B platform connecting companies with container suppliers, manufacturers, depots, leasing companies and logistics providers worldwide.
Who is the platform designed for?
The platform is designed for professional B2B users including manufacturers, exporters, importers, logistics companies, freight forwarders, construction companies, industrial buyers and procurement departments — plus private buyers for selected use cases.
Which shipping container types are supported?
The platform supports ISO shipping containers including 20ft, 40ft, High Cube, Reefer, Flat Rack, Open Top, Tank, Offshore and Modified Containers.
Does Global Container Network operate internationally?
Yes. The platform supports worldwide container procurement and international supplier discovery across all major logistics markets.
What do the Verified and Unverified seller badges mean?
They describe the seller company’s business verification (KYB) on Global Container Network — not listing type, and not global leasing or freight offers. Verified means the company submitted KYB (registration / tax details and documents) and GCN approved it — you see a Verified trust badge on the seller block (listing detail, company page, and similar). Unverified means the company can still list and trade, but KYB is missing, pending, or not yet approved; logged-in buyers see an Unverified badge next to “Seller on GCN” (or the company name once identity is unlocked). Guests do not see the Unverified chip on the public grid. This is not the same as GCN Direct listings or global leasing and freight offers (those may show “Last verified” for data freshness). The seller badge is not a deal guarantee — Verified means the organization profile passed KYB review; it does not guarantee stock, price, or contract terms. Always use inquiries / RFQs and your own commercial checks. Sellers become Verified via Business account → Company / KYB → submit details + documents → admin approval.
