Terms of Use

1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Global Container Network (GCN) websites, marketplace, network modules, dashboards and Enterprise API operated by Targetnavigation EOOD, 15 Peter Enchev Str. 2, Varna, Bulgaria ("GCN", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the platform or using the API you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Role of the platform
GCN provides a digital marketplace and related network tools for container trading, freight, depots, manufacturers, ports and related services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, contracts for goods or services are concluded solely between users. GCN is not a party to those contracts and does not buy, sell, transport or store containers on behalf of users.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration data. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. Private and Business account types may have different capabilities. Business features (including organisation profiles, KYB verification and API keys) require a Business account.
4. Business verification (KYB)
Business organisations may be asked to complete know-your-business (KYB) verification. Until verification is approved, certain capabilities (including live auto-publish via API) may remain limited and content may stay PENDING moderation. We may request additional documents, refuse verification or revoke a verified status if information is incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.
5. User content and listings
You retain rights in content you submit, but grant GCN a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, moderate, index and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform. You warrant that listings, inventory, freight offers and other content are lawful, accurate and do not infringe third-party rights. We may moderate, hide, reject or remove content.
6. Inquiries and communication
Inquiries and replies are exchanged through the platform to support marketplace transactions. Off-platform arrangements remain solely between the users involved. Do not use the inquiry system for spam, phishing or unlawful solicitation.
7. Enterprise API
API keys are organisational secrets. You must keep them confidential, rotate them if compromised and use only documented endpoints. Rate limits, bulk batch sizes and scopes may apply. Abuse, credential sharing or attempts to bypass security controls may result in key revocation or account suspension.
8. Prohibited use
You must not: • publish fake, misleading or unavailable inventory; • commit fraud or money-laundering related misuse; • scrape or overload the service in a way that harms availability; • upload malware or attempt unauthorised access; • infringe IP, privacy or export-control rules; • circumvent moderation, KYB or technical protections.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages or feature changes may occur. We may update these Terms of Use. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using GCN at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create legal risk or harm other users or the platform. After termination, publicly visible content may be removed; residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period as technically required.
11. Liability
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, GCN is not liable for user-to-user deals, inaccurate user content, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profit/data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Where legally permitted, exclusive venue is Varna, Bulgaria. Consumers retain mandatory rights at their place of residence where applicable.
