Onboarding steps

1. 1

   Register as Business

   Create a Business account with your company name. Private accounts cannot mint API keys.

   Open registration

   Submit KYB / company verification

   Complete your organization profile. Until an admin verifies you, API creates stay PENDING. Verified orgs auto-publish as ACTIVE.

   Mint an API key

   In Dashboard → Enterprise API, create a TEST or LIVE key. Copy it once — it is shown only at creation.

   Import Postman (or OpenAPI)

   Import the collection, set your apiKey, then run Ready → Me → inventory/listings bulk. Use a stable externalId from your ERP on every row.

   Sync catalog & register webhooks

   Bulk-upsert up to 200 items per request across all modules. Optional: register a webhook URL for created / moderated / inquiry events.

Rules that avoid failed syncs

• Every bulk item needs a stable externalId (your ERP primary key).
• Max 200 items per bulk request — page larger catalogs.
• Use Idempotency-Key on POST/PATCH retries.
• TEST keys currently write the same database as LIVE — treat them carefully until sandbox isolation ships.
